Volunteers are needed to help with this feel good event .

Donations are needed for Food Pantry, Clothes Closet and Christmas Shop.

On Friday, December 15, 2016 10:00am to 12:00 noon, we have Food Pantry. This is not just any weekly Food Pantry! This is the Christmas Food Pantry, to make sure everyone, adult or child, has a Christmas.

The usual Food Pantry food, with a few extras for Christmas, will be distributed, but there is more. The Christmas Shop will be open and everyone will be able to select a gift for themselves. Last year, Detroit Lion coffee mugs, filled with candy, were a great hit with the guys. There will be toys for kids and a vast array of gifts for grown ups. To make sure everyone is warm, the Clothes Closet will also be open.

Many volunteers are needed to help with this special Food Pantry. Contact the church if you can help. The good feelings volunteers receive give a warm glow through out the Christmas season.

After the Christmas Pantry, volunteers will have a Christmas lunch funded by Thrivent. It will be a simple but festive meal of thanksgiving.

Special thanks to Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for assisting with funding.
